After honoring Charles Kwadwo Fosu “Daddy Lumba“, Daniel Amakye Dede and Alfred Benjamin Crentsil Jr, Imajin Advertisers, organisers of the annual Legends and Legacy Ball honoured BET Best International Act nominee Julius Kojo Antwi on 1 November 2014 at the Accra International Conference Center.
The event which has been described by many as a classic concert saw artistes like Kwabena Kwabena, Wiyaala, Nacy, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Akwaboah, Efya, MzVee, Kaakie, Kweisey Pee and others performing in honour of Mr. Music Man. You might have heard a lot pertaining to the fourth edition of the Legends And Legacy Ball but omgghana.com brings to you some of the awesome moments at the 2014 Legends and Legacy Ball.
Kwabena Kwabena’s Romantic Performance
Kwabena Kwabena came on stage with one beautiful lady to perform “Medware” by Kojo Antwi. The auditorium went agog when the beautiful lady was seen approaching Kwabena Kwabena. After perfectly singing Kojo’s Antwi’s “Medware”, Kwabena Kwabena and the lady climaxed their performance with a romantic hug which got everyone talking.
Kaakie’s Historic Performance
Dancehall artiste Kaakie on the night of the event put up a performance her fans have not seen her exhibit before. Kaakie performed with full energy on the night which made critics and pundits who have seen her perform on other stages wonder where the energy came from.
The “Dumsor” Moment
I don’t know who advised Electricity Company of Ghana to visit the Accra International Conference Center on Saturday but it was a nice experience when the whole auditorium turned black few minutes after Wiyaala came on stage to kick off the show. Organisers of the show worked around the clock to provide power 15 minutes after the power failure.
Akua China Performing “Tom & Jerry” and Lawyer Nana Asante Bedituo Performances
Through the previous editions of the Legends and Legacy Ball, organisers of the show always surprise patrons with unexpected personalities. This year’s surprise acts were Akua China and Lawyer Nana Asante Bedituo‘s performance. Akua did not just surprise the audience at the concert with her spectacular stagecraft but her power over the Twi language in which she performed.
Lawyer Nana Asante Bedituo’s performance on the night also came as a bombshell when he took center stage to perform Kojo Antwi’s “Medofo Pa”
Roverman Production’s Drama
Uncle Eboa White’s Roverman Production staged a well scripted and directed drama in honour of the maestro at the event. The stage drama which was performed with only Kojo Antwi’s songs also put life in the concert.

The man who was honoured at the event ended the show with a colourful performance. Kojo thrilled audience at the event with some of his greatest tunes.
Oh, before I go, let me add Afia Schwarzenegger’s most talked about outfit. I dont really know who asked her to come to the event with that Paris dress but I think she would go down into the books of the 2014 Legends and Legacy Ball because she claims her dress has become popular than some of the artistes who performed at the event and we agree to it.
