Happy Birthday, President Kufour!
The 2nd President of the Fourth Republic of Ghana (2001–09) turns 76 today, and what a year it has been for him. Back in December 2013, the United Nations Secretary-General appointed former President John Agyekum Kufuor and former Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg as his Special Envoys on climate change.
