Screen diva Lydia Forson says she did not insult president Mahama in her letter written on May day addressing it to the first gentleman of the land.

The actress in an interview on Radio Gold in Accra said she was not brought up to insult adults so there is no way she will do that. She said in the interview that there is little she can do for people to understand her post published on Facebook.

Lydia Forson told Alhassan Suhuyini, host of the show that she still stands by what she wrote and does not regret any word she used in her letter to Mahama.

According to the ‘Letter To Adams’ actress and movie producer, her orientation and upbringing may afford her the use of certain language (including telling her dad ‘don’t be silly’ with no insult meant) but which measured against the upbringing of her critics, they might find it offensive and insulting.
