GBC will begin the collection of TV Licence today, Tuesday following an Accra High court ruling.
GBC suspended the collection of TV licence fee after an interlocutory injunction was filed by Dr. Wereko-Brobbey on the collection and disbursements of the fee.
However, on Monday the court presided over by R.B Batu said GBC can resume the collection of TV license for the development of the Corporation, but barred the state broadcaster from sharing the fees with the National Media Commission or the Ghana Independent Broadcasters Association.
