One of the embattled judges from the Anas video exposé, Judge Dery has sued Bola Ray, Anas, New Crusading Guide and the Media Foundation West Africa for contempt.
This is in connection to the airing of the ‘corrupt’ judges tape.
Apparently the said individuals have had their outlets advertise the showing of the “Tigereyepi” tape on September 22nd and 23rd at the Accra International Conference Center.
The judge had earlier in the week filed a suit to stop the screening, however, the sued media outlets have not stopped the advertisement.
He is therefore praying that the court convicts and punishes the media outlets for disregarding his suit.
