Three personalities in the New Patriotic Party, Tweneboah Kodua Emmanuel, Stephen Owusu and Joseph Oppong Boadi, have sued the flagbearer of the party, Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo, Former President J.A. Kuffour, Acting Chairman of The NPP, Freddy Blay and 27 others, over the suspension of the National Chairman, Paul Afoko.
The three individuals are seeking to overturn the decision of the NEC of the NPP, to suspend the Chairman.
They earlier in the day secured an injunction to stop the intended NEC meeting but couldn’t serve the notice on any of the NEC members.
