Ghana’s leading property portal, Lamudi Ghana will this week offer developers in Ghana the opportunity to extend their reach to the Nigerian property market. The move is expected to boost Ghana’s real estate.
The online property service provider will provide Ghanaian real estate developers the opportunity to showcase their properties directly to the Nigerian market via Lamudi Nigeria. It has been dubbed Ghana-Nigeria Week.
The week-long campaign is taking place from the 9th of November till the 13th of the same month.
The collaboration is between the two sister companies to ensure that developers in Ghana have an additional market to tap from. Additionally, house hunters in Nigeria can now search for properties in Ghana with ease.
Ghana’s real estate industry has been experiencing some challenges for the past two years. The sector has seen growth steadily declining mainly because of financial and energy problems in the country.
The Ghana-Nigeria week is intended to improve real estate business in the country, providing developers with an alternative and huge market. Additionally, It will open up more investment opportunities for Ghana.
