Man has surgery to remove his 132-pound scrotum
Talk about taking a load off. You may recall Wesley Warren Jr., the Las Vegas man known for his rather enormous scrotum, which was, quite literally, like toting another human being in his pants. At 132 pounds, Warren’s Sackness Monster, caused by a condition known as scrotal lymphedema, was no benign medical oddity, it was a serious health concern. On April 8, Warren underwent surgery to have the mass removed. The 13-hour procedure was successful, but hardly a routine procedure. Warren, 48, has several medical conditions, including anemia, high-blood pressure and asthma, that complicated the surgery, not to mention his size: he weighed 500 pounds before the operation.
