I’m More NPP Than Anybody, Even President Kufuor – Nyaho-Tamakloe
Dr.Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, a member of the opposition New Patriotic Party, has indicated that anyone who states that he is not an NPP member, doesn’t know what he or she is talking about.
The medical doctor who was reacting to public criticism over certain portions of his book “Never Say Die”, indicated that he is more NPP than anyone else in the party currently.
Nyaho-Tamakloe who appeared on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana programme with Paul Adom Otchere was asked for his comments concerning certain comments made by an NPP member over certain portions of his book to the effect that he isn’t an NPP member, stated emphatically that the one who passed the comment doesn’t know what he is talking about.
According to Nyaho-Tamakloe, he is more NPP than anybody else in the party. When asked by show host Paul if that statement includes former President Kufuor, Nyaho-Tamakloe stateed;
“Yes, i’m more NPP than President Kufuor”
He further indicated that he was there when the party was formed and was even party of a group that went to Kumasi to plead on behalf of President Kufuor when he was accused of preventing Dr Adu Boahen from leading the party in 1996.
