Violence is getting so out of hand in Chicago, not even memorials for victims are off-limits. 6-year-old Quianna Tompkins was attending an outdoor memorial Friday night for murder victim Brandon Snipe, a 24-year-old shot dead on his porch in Chicago’s Roseland neighborhood in 2008. Gunfire erupted during the event, and little Quianna was left critically wounded with a gunshot wound to her back. Another woman was also shot, reportedly in the leg. Two people were questioned and released, but no one was in custody at the time of this writing. [Source]
