Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg is not happy with President Obama. In a public note he posted on Facebook, the social media founder denounced the government’s surveillance practices of the internet, explaining how engineers work to protect users from government agencies and adding that real reform is needed to improve security. ”When our engineers work tirelessly to improve security, we imagine we’re protecting you against criminals, not our own government,” he wrote. “The U.S. government should be the champion for the Internet, not a threat.” Zuckerberg also noted that he had called President Obama “to express my frustration,” but it appears “it will take a very long time for true full reform.” Read his note here…[Facebook]
