In documents filed at the court and obtained by gossip site, TMZ.COM, it has come to light that late Fast and Furious star, Paul Walkers mother has filed to claim guardianship of his 15-year old daughter from her mother over her alcoholism problem.
According to the documents, Paul’s Mum, Cheryl Walker claims that Rebecca Soteros, who is Paul’s daughters mother, cannot take care of her daughter, Meadow and therefore she wants guardianship.
She indicated that for sometime now, Rebecca and Meadow have been living with her but Rebecca isn’t taking care of Meadow her daughter due to her alcoholism problem.
Three years ago, Meadow moved from Hawaii where she was living with Rebecca to live with her Paul due to her mothers alcohol problem until he died.
As can be recalled, Paul stated in his will that he wants his mother to have guardianship of his daughter. So Cheryl is not too far from honoring her son’s wish.
