RETV was #onthescene in Downtown Kingston to get the reactions of the public after the release of the final sentencing of Vybz Kartel and his co-accused. The artist has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams. He won’t be eligible for parole for 35 years.
