There are some thoughts we have about sex that we can’t even voice to our best friends after half a bottle of wine, because well, they’re a bit awkward and we’re Ghanaians and all that.

Here’s what we secretly think about doing the deed.

1. We want to have period sex. Heck, we’re horniest when we’re in our period, but we don’t want to ask you because we’re scared you’ll be so disgusted by the bloody scene you’ll flee and never return.

2. We find 69-ing too complicated and uncomfortable, and everyone involved basically has to have their whole face squashed – nose first – into private parts.

3. Most of you press our clitoris like you’re trying really hard to pop a spot, or you know, push it back inside our body. Turns out that’s not going to make a girl climax anytime soon.

4. Your balls smell. Sorry.

5. We can’t actually feel it when you come inside us. And actually? We can’t really tell if you’re wearing a condom or not. Surprise!

6. Whenever you go down on us, it fills us with excitement, and then floods of anxiety about whether we smell or have pieces of loo roll stuck in every nook and cranny.

7. The main reason we don’t want a threesome is because we don’t have anywhere near enough self-confidence to watch you get with another girl who we’re 107 per cent sure you’ll find more sexy/attractive/amazing than us.

8. When you suck on our nipples, there’s always a split second when we feel like we’re breastfeeding a man and it’s beyond creepy.

9. One of the worst things about sex is that awkward moment where one of you gets eye contact with the other during oral and everyone’s unsure about what facial expression to pull.

10. The fear of poo is greater than the fear of pain when it comes down to whether or not we’re game for anal sex. What if it just ends up EVERYWHERE?

11. We really don’t care if you come before us, as long as you come back around to finish us off afterwards. In fact, sometimes we prefer it – otherwise we have to go straight back to work right after we’ve come.

12. We find the STOP EVERYTHING to put a condom on moment as awkward as you do, but guess what? We kinda don’t want a baby or a spot of herpes right now. Weird, eh?

13. Unless we literally have to wade through a deep, dark forest, pubes mean nothing to us. Keep it long, keep it trimmed, do whatever – but have something there, otherwise you look a bit like a pre-teen and that’s not so OK.

14. We like sex toys. They vibrate. You don’t. Don’t be intimidated. They won’t replace you, they just work as an added extra, like a side of fries or something.

15. There’s no point trying to have sex with us if there’s a pet in the room/we’re in our parents house/our family are staying over – we can’t concentrate and it feels like the world will be upset with us forever more.

16. We want to go on top more but we just can’t handle that sort of cardio. Nope. Not without trainers, Nike leggings and One Direction pumping in our ears at least.

17. We used to really like kissing sessions that lasted over an hour when we were teenagers. So if you ever wanted to bring that back, that’d be OK.

18. Those scenes in TV programmes where people sneak into storage cupboards and have sex fully dressed up against a wall? We want them.

An Indian footballer tragically died after his somersault goal celebration went horribly wrong during a match last week.

Peter Biaksangzuala attempted to perform the acrobatic celebration – similar to that carried out by Miroslav Klose – after he scored for Bethlehem Vengthlang FC against Chanmari West FC in the 62nd minute.

The 23-year-old hit his head as he landed on the ground following the somersault, which resulted in the midfielder failing to get up off the pitch. Biaksangzuala was taken to a local hospital where he tragically lost his life on Sunday morning after having damaged his spinal cord.

A source said: ‘He was trying to do Germany’s Klose signature flip stunt, but it misfired unfortunately.’

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has said it is likely that human consumption of bushmeat may have played a role in the West Africa Ebola outbreak.

Bushmeat refers to wild animals such as chimpanzees, gorillas and fruit bats, which are commonly slaughtered for food, as it is viewed as both accessible and affordable by local communities.

In December 2013, a two year old child from Gueckedou, a village in West Guinea, died from Ebola after eating a fruit bat that had been hunted as bushmeat. The disease has since travelled half way around the world, killing thousands in the process.

Bats are believed to be the likely source of Ebola to humans because the disease doesn’t kill them. Previous Ebola outbreaks, as well as diseases such as HIV have also been blamed on the bushmeat trade, specifically the way in which animals are butchered.

Professor Jonathan Ball, a virologist, told the BBC that the virus can transfer directly from bats to humans by gaining ‘access to the cells in which it can replicate’ through contact with blood.

A Cambridge University study found that blood is usually spilled when bushmeat hunters are bitten by bats. They support the education of bushmeat hunters, having discovered that most of the 600 surveyed Ghanaians were unaware of the potential dangers.

However, Dr Marcus Rowley, a scientist from the Zoological Society of London stressed that any education would need to be a sustained effort.

‘We found people in Ghana to be responsive to education pieces about the disease risk from bushmeat but also the ecological role of bats in pollination and seed dispersal.

Working with local communities to help them find effective and sustainable solutions in line with their economic needs must be a long-term commitment.’

It’s been the subject of many wine-fuelled conversations with our friends – if we could only have one, would we pick sex or food Well, according to new research, male brains are automatically programmed to choose sex.

Researchers observing a species of microscopic roundworms called C.elegans, found that male worms that had to both find food and look for a partner would almost always chose the latter.

You guys.

And guess what the researchers found when they looked at another species who had been genetically engineered to be ‘more sensitive to food’? They were 10 times worse at finding a mate because they wanted to stay close to the food. Oh.

Assistant Professor Douglas Portman from the University of Rochester said: ‘These findings show that by tuning the properties of a single cell, we can change behaviour.’

So does this suggest that those of us who are, err, a bit obsessed with eating are going to struggle to find a partner? Awkward.

There was, rather sadly, no data for females because the species that were included in the research didn’t actually have any female sex.

Joy News investigation has uncovered the activities of a gay medical doctor who puts the lives of his victims in danger.

Dr. Sulley Ali-Gabass, a senior medical officer at the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital in Takoradi, had anal sex with a 16-year-old senior secondary school student who has now been diagnosed of HIV/AIDS.

In the first of a two-part investigative series, Joy News’ Manasseh Azure Awuni tells the story of this sixteen year old boy whose life took a tragic turn after he met Dr. Ali-Gabass.

Aziz, who has been given an alias for the purposes of this report. He is 16 year old boy and a second year student of a senior high school.

He met the man on facebook and he took him as his role model. In September last year, Aziz met Dr. Sulley Ali-Gabass for the first time where he was convinced into having sex with the doctor.

Aziz says after the first sexual encounter, he got angry with the doctor and deleted his contacts both on facebook and on his phone but the doctor threatened to expose him. He narrated how the doctor blackmailed him and forced him to have sex with him on subsequent occasions.

Aziz says his last sexual encounter with Dr. Ali-Gabass ended with severe cuts and pain in his anus. But Aziz lied to medical officers at health facilities he visited for treatment. The sores in his anus became so severe he had to undergo surgery at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

A nurse who does not want to be identified said his condition was critical when he came to hospital.

When Manasseh spoke to Aziz on his hospital bed, he could not sit or lie on his back. He was in severe pain. But the sixteen year-old who wanted to be a pharmacist, has more to worry about than the pain in his anus.

He has tested positive for HIV and he believes he contracted the virus through his sexual encounters with Dr. Ali-Gabass. Aziz has confided in his mother, but cannot face the consequences of breaking this story to his father.

So who is Dr. Sulley Ali-Gabass? Does he agree or deny these allegations leveled against him? In the second part of this series which will air same time tomorrow on Joy 99.7 FM, Manasseh Azure Awuni will tell you about his meeting with Dr. Sulley Ali-Gabass.

US rapper Cam’ron is selling masks designed to prevent the spread of Ebola, featuring a close-up of his face talking on a fuzzy pink cellphone. The Cam’ron Ebola Mask ‘provides complete protection while remaining light and comfortable’, according to the product’s website. It is available online for $19.99.

Cam’ron, also known as Killa Cam, appears to be taking this bizarre new business venture completely seriously.

Ace Ghanaian legal practitioner, Dr. Maurice Ampaw has threatened to sue musician Kwame Asare Obeng publicly known as A-Plus over the musician’s comments made against him on facebook.

The lawyer in an interview on Monday’s edition of Showbiz Xtra on Happy FM said he is ready to institute legal proceedings against the musician to ‘immediately retract those defamatory statement about me and then to apologise”.

When Dr. Cann, host of the entertainment show asked the private legal practitioner if his lawsuit against A-Plus will be after Shatta Wale’s court proceedings, he answered “no, I won’t wait for Shatta’s case to die out of court.”

‘I’m organizing a press conference before Friday at Dansoman to address the Castro saga, setting the records straight and then responding to issues. From there, I will call on A-Plus to meet me in court. I want to send a message out there that, I will not insult you back if you treat me with disrespect but let the law speak for me.”

He added that his writ is ready to be delivered to the outspoken musician to meet him in court.

A-Plus wrote a letter on his Facebook page addressing it to Lawyer Maurice Ampaw for not disclosing the whereabouts of Castro and Janet Bandu after his stipulated date given.

“Today is Friday, the 10th day of October and the last time I’m writing about the disappearance of Castro and Janet. Some people have sent me inbox messages asking me to forget about Lawyer Maurice Ampaw and the Castro saga. I’m very sorry I’d have to disappoint you one more time and promise that this is the last time I will write about it if Lawyer Ampaw will do the honorable thing.

The reason why I have issues with Lawyer Maurice Ampaw is that, as a well learned man, he failed to understand and apply the simple English word “PROCEDURE”. Lawyer Ampaw’s discrediting of the work of the entire Ghana Police Service which had spent days investigating the mysterious disappearance in a rush to make selfish attention seeking capital out of this unfortunate incident is totally unacceptable.

It is very amazing that Lawyer Ampaw, a man of his status claimed that the police had done a bad job by not arresting everyone who was part of the trip when he as a lawyer knows very well that this country is a democracy with a constitution and the police have a criminal code to follow. He also pretended to be ignorant of the fact that the police have various ways of conducting investigations….. not necessarily arresting people and questions them but by also sending uniformed men to the crime scene to conduct undercover investigations.

Most people didn’t understand why I posted some of the things I posted on Facebook about Lawyer Maurice Ampaw. I agree that at a point I used some strong words like dumb which was below the belt and unnecessary. I sincerely apologize for that. But I must say I was overwhelmed by the fact that Lawyer Maurice Ampaw’s so called investigations was based mostly on what he is said to have heard from Akoo Nana (A musician), my mechanic and very good friend Charles and one fetish priest at Ada. The spiritual information he had received was more credible as compared to what the investigators said. How sad.

Lawyer Ampaw went ahead to state categorically that he was going to tell the world the whole truth about the incident, making claims that suggested that Asamoah Gyan had a hand in the disappearance. I know lawyers and how they talk and was amazed that a lawyer could make such unsubstantiated conclusions. I don’t know if Lawyer Ampaw is aware that 17 years ago, an expatriate (Whiteman) went jet skiing at the same place and has never been found. It is possible that Castro and Janet would never be found.

Today is 10th October, 10 days after his deadline. Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, where is Castro and Janet? Why haven’t you openly said you were deceived or you want more time to unravel this mystery?

Most people take Ghanaian for fools. They say things discrediting governments, individuals and institutions and get away with it. Like Bob Marley said; You can fool some of the people all the time, all the people sometimes, but it is never possible under the sun to fool all the people all the time.

Lawyer Ampaw must allow institutions in this country to work. He must also apologize to the Ghana Police service and Ghanaians and encourage people to support and have faith in the service. As for this kind of “intellectual masturbation,” (Saying things to please himself) I’m sure he has learnt his lesson.

The musician cum comedian after we reported that the lawyer is ready to take legal action against him to retract his defamatory comments posted on Facebook, took to Facebook to respond to the lawyer’s intention to sue him.

TMZ — “Django Unchained” actress Daniele Watts may be convincing in the movies, but not in real life because she’s just been charged with lewd conduct for allegedly having sex in her car outside CBS Studios.

Watts went on a campaign against the LAPD … accusing cops of racism for cuffing her after people complained they were banging in the Mercedes in Studio City.  Watts, who claims she and her BF were just making out, walked away from cops in a fury, so they cuffed her and brought her back.

Prosecutors listened to the LAPD audio — obtained by TMZ — and realized what was up.  Armed with various witnesses and photos of Watts straddling her BF with her breasts exposed, she and the BF were each charged with lewd conduct in public.

The crime is punishable by a maximum of 6 months in L.A. County Jail.

1) OJ Simpson

Known for one of the most famous criminal cases in the history of celebrity crime, OJ was acquitted of the charges for the murder of his late wife and her friend. He was however sentenced for stealing his own memorabilia.

OJ was given 33 years in prison. He is currently serving his time at the Lovelock Correctional Facility in Lovelock, Nevada.

2) Lindsay Lohan

You could call Lindsay a pro at brushes with the law.

The Herbie Fully Loaded actress has been arrested a number of times and out of a total of 8 months of sentenced jail time, the troubled starlet has only spent an estimation of half the time in jail due to ‘over-crowding’.

3) Jub-Jub

Seen as one of the biggest South African celebrity criminal cases, Jub Jub was charged with the murder of four school boys and attempted murder of two more, after crashing into them while drag racing under the influence.

The musician was sentenced to 25 years in jail, the convictions however were later converted to culpable homicide and sentencing was reduced to 8 years. He is currently serving his sentence but could be let out on parole in the next two years.

Shia spent 24-hours in jail after pleading guilty to charges against him for disorderly conduct and spitting on a police officer.

The Transformers actor admits to having received a wake-up call when exposed to jail and insists it will be his last brush with the law.

5) Chris Brown

We know Chris’ biggest wrong doing was beating Rihanna up back in 2009, for which he was put on probation.

The rapper was then sentenced to 131 days of jail time after he confessed to having violated his probation but ended up serving 108 of the 131 days.

6) Khloe Kardashian

Of all the ridiculous times spent in jail, this one takes the cake!

Khloe Kardashian was caught driving under the influence and put on probation after pleading guilty to the offence.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians starlet was then sentenced to 30 days imprisonment for violating her probation terms.

The joke of it all is that Khloe managed to serve less than 3 hours of her sentence due to prison ‘over-crowding’.

7) Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45-days in jail after violating probation for driving under the influence.

Although her sentence was reduced due to good behaviour, the heiress spent most of her time in the medical ward of the women’s jail in Lynwood, California.

OMG!Ghana.com not long ago published that private legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has threatened to sue musician A-Plus for defamatory statements made against him on Facebook on October 10.

Minutes after the reportage, A-Plus took to Facebook to laugh at the lawyer daring him to go ahead with his lawsuit because he is ever ready to meet him in court to defend his Facebook post.

On Tuesday, October 21, Maurice Ampaw disclosed the main reasons why he will be serving A-Plus a letter soon to meet him in court. According to the lawyer, he will treat A-Plus like Shatta Wale. He is suing him for Gh1m.

When A-Plus was reached on the line earlier before the lawyer, he alleged that Maurice Ampaw is not a good lawyer. He again expressed shock at how Ampaw behaves in public and described him as an attention seeker.
